Policy Violations: Any detected violations of our program policies may result in account suspension or termination. This includes but is not limited to invalid traffic generation, content policy violations, or deceptive practices.

Additional Issues: During our monitoring process, if our team identifies any other issues that compromise the integrity of our advertising network or harm advertiser interests, appropriate action will be taken, which may include account closure.

Zero Tolerance Violations

Certain violations will result in immediate account termination without prior warning, including:

Deliberate fraud or deception

Use of bots, automated tools, or click farms

Malicious software or malware distribution

Intentional manipulation of ad performance data

Repeated violations after warnings

Our goal is to create a sustainable, profitable ecosystem for quality publishers while protecting advertiser interests and user experience. By maintaining high standards and bringing genuine organic traffic, you can build a long-term, successful partnership with AdsMonetization.

Invalid Traffic and Site Behavior

Maintaining the integrity of our advertising ecosystem

The Ads Monetization Program strictly forbids invalid traffic. All ad clicks must come from genuine user interest. Publishers are not allowed to:

  • Encourage others to click their ads
  • Request users to support the site by clicking ads
  • Offer incentives or rewards for ad clicks
  • Solicit donations for third parties in exchange for ad interactions
  • Click their own ads or use automated tools, bots, or deceptive software to generate traffic

Policy Violation Consequences

Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension of ad serving or termination of your account, and you may be barred from further participation in the program.

Content and Ad Restrictions

Guidelines for appropriate content and ad placement

Ads can appear on pages with restricted content, but such content may receive fewer ad impressions compared to unrestricted content.

Prohibited Content

We do not allow ads to appear on pages containing illegal content, hate speech, violence, adult content, or any material that violates our content policies.

Invalid Clicks and Impressions

Publishers cannot click their own ads or artificially increase clicks or impressions using any method, manual or automated.

Encouraging Clicks (Non-Rewarded Ads)

Guidelines for appropriate user interaction with ads

With the exception of rewarded ads, publishers cannot incentivize or persuade users to click or view ads. This includes:

  • Offering rewards or compensation
  • Promising to raise funds for third parties
  • Misleading placements, such as putting ads near images or buttons to drive clicks

Rewarded Ads Exception

Rewarded ads are the only exception where users can be incentivized to interact with advertisements. All other ad formats must rely on genuine user interest.

Traffic Sources

Guidelines for acceptable traffic generation

Ads cannot appear on pages with traffic from prohibited sources, including:

  • Paid-to-click programs
  • Unsolicited emails
  • Software-driven ad traffic that generates clicks without genuine interest
  • Traffic exchanges or auto-surf programs
  • Any source that artificially inflates traffic metrics

All traffic must come from genuine user interest and organic discovery of your content.

Ad Code Modifications

Guidelines for implementing our advertising code

Publishers may customize ad code only if it does not artificially boost ad performance or harm advertisers. Any modifications must:

  • Maintain the integrity of ad delivery and reporting
  • Not interfere with the proper functioning of our ad tags
  • Not attempt to manipulate ad selection or targeting
  • Not obscure or hide ads from legitimate view

Implementation Best Practices

We recommend following our implementation guides and consulting with our support team before making any significant modifications to ad code.

Ad Placement

Guidelines for appropriate ad positioning

Publishers are encouraged to try various ad formats and placements to optimize performance. However, ads cannot be placed in:

  • Pop-ups or pop-unders
  • Emails or downloadable software
  • Any location that misleads users or violates product-specific policies
  • Floating ads that obscure content without user interaction
  • Auto-playing video or audio ads without user initiation

Site Behavior

Websites displaying ads should be:

  • Easy to navigate
  • Free from malware, unexpected downloads, or excessive pop-ups
  • Transparent in user experience, without deceptive redirects or hidden links
  • Providing genuine value to users through quality content

Deceptive Navigation

Prohibited practices that mislead users

Publishers must not implement ads in ways that mimic navigation or menu elements. Examples of prohibited practices include:

  • False claims of streams or downloads
  • Linking to non-existent content
  • Redirecting users to irrelevant or misleading pages
  • Placing ads in locations that naturally appear to be navigation elements
  • Using ad labels that mimic site navigation or content categories

User Experience Integrity

All advertisements must be clearly distinguishable from content and navigation elements. Users should never be confused about whether they are interacting with an ad or site content.

Sensitive Events

Our approach to advertising during sensitive periods

A "Sensitive Event" is an unexpected situation that may risk the quality, relevance, or integrity of the Ads Monetization service. During such events, the program may take actions to prevent exploitation, misleading content, or other risks associated with monetized features.

Examples of sensitive events include but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or emergencies
  • Public health crises
  • Significant geopolitical events
  • Major security incidents affecting digital ecosystems

Our Commitment

During sensitive events, we prioritize the integrity of our advertising ecosystem and the protection of users from exploitative or misleading content. We may temporarily adjust policies or enforcement to address emerging risks.

Policy Updates

How we communicate changes to our policies

Ads Monetization policies may change at any time. Publishers are responsible for staying informed and following the most recent guidelines. Exceptions are only allowed if explicitly authorized by the program.

We will notify publishers of significant policy changes through:

  • Email notifications to registered account holders
  • Announcements in our publisher dashboard
  • Updates to this policy document with clear revision dates

Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
