Terms of Service

In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the AdsMonetization.com advertising technology, website, and related services.
• "Publisher" means any person or entity that displays advertisements on their digital properties using our Platform.
• "Advertiser" means any person or entity that purchases advertising inventory through our Platform.
• "User" refers to any person or entity accessing or using our Platform.
• "Content" includes all text, images, code, software, and other materials available through the Platform.
• "Ad Inventory" means the advertising space available on Publisher properties.
• "Campaign" refers to an advertising initiative created by an Advertiser.

To access certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to our Platform
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

As a Publisher using our Platform, you agree to the following:

Content Guidelines

• You own or have legal rights to publish all content on your properties
• Your properties do not contain prohibited content as outlined in Section 4
• You will not engage in any fraudulent activity to generate impressions or clicks
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online content

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed on a NET-7 basis with a $50 minimum threshold
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity
• All payments are subject to deduction of any applicable taxes and fees
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information

As an Advertiser using our Platform, you agree to the following:

Campaign Requirements

• You own or have legal rights to all creative materials used in your campaigns
• Your advertisements comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use our Platform to advertise prohibited products or services
• You are responsible for setting appropriate campaign budgets and targeting

Payment and Billing

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all campaign expenses
• All campaign budgets are spent on a non-refundable basis
• We may suspend campaigns if payment cannot be processed
• You are responsible for any chargebacks or payment disputes

You agree not to use our Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdsMonetization.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

As a User, you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content to our Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AdsMonetization.com, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
